I did a click and collect order from Mecca and it was easy to put through. Got the ready-to-pick-up email the next day, so not super quick but still fine. Picking it up in store was a little slow and the staff seemed kinda busy, but I got my stuff in the end. Not bad at all, just not like, amazing either.

I’ve ordered from Mecca a few times now, and one of the main reasons I keep going back is that paying doesn’t turn into a whole thing. I can use my card or PayPal, and having Afterpay there is really useful when the cart ends up a bit fuller than planned. Checkout is straightforward, I haven’t run into any payment issues, and the confirmation usually comes through quickly. I’m giving 4 stars because I’d like to see a few more wallet options, or at least have Apple Pay a bit easier to spot. But overall, it’s smooth, simple, and feels secure enough that I don’t really think twice about ordering

I shop at Mecca often and the loyalty program was okay, but not really amazing. I do like getting samples sometimes, they are a nice little bonus, but the rewards don’t really feels worth it for how much you end up spending. I still use it, I just wish it gave a bit more back.
